What Did I Like About Sleep Secrets?
The main part of the guide which specifically focuses on insomnia and improving the quality of your sleep is extremely thorough. I came across a wide variety of information I hadn’t before. Always a plus.

What Didn’t I Like About Sleep Secrets?
I’m going to sound like a hypocrite now, but…
Even though I have somewhat praised Bazar for linking out to other articles, websites, interviews, etc. There’s a lot of them.
After a while I found I was spending just as much time looking at various bits of information elsewhere, as I was reading the book. Not a bad thing I guess, although it can be a bit of a distraction.
Bazar has many, many affiliate links in the book.
He does mention this at the beginning, and I see no problem with this, as I also have affiliate links within this review (and all my other reviews).
An affiliate link is basically a link to a product or service, whereby the person providing the link will receive a small commission if you buy through their link.
Again, I see no problem with this, if you spend your time researching something and writing about it, there is no harm in earning a small commission for your hard work.
But, there are a lot of affiliate links in the guide.
